As a Market Introduction Specialist you support the successful introduction of new payment solutions to the market. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end launch. Your focus will be on market readiness, in close collaboration with product management, sales, marketing and operations.
What is your role as Market Introduction Specialist at CCV?
You’ll drive the successful introduction of new products to the market. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management to align product features and market requirements with clear launch strategies. You will ensure customer and market readiness by supporting onboarding, providing documentation and training and overseeing product validation.
The role also involves direct engagement with launching customers to incorporate their feedback in to the delivery process. Internally, you collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop impactful materials and campaigns, while keeping all stakeholders informed with clear progress updates. With your structured, customer-focus approach, you help ensure every product launch is smooth, aligned and successful.

Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll be engaging with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders. You thrive in collaboration, brining people together and ensuring alignment throughout he process. With your structured and organized approach, you manage complex product launches smoothly. You’re also a proactive problem-solver, always keeping a sharp focus on customer needs and market readiness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking skills
Experience in a product management or product launch role
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
Excellent command of both Dutch and English
Analytical mindset to assess and act on feedback, performance data and market trends
