Position Summary We are looking for enthusiastic, food and fun loving, customer focused individuals to join our Deli Market Kitchen team as a Deli Market Kitchen Server! This role offers multiple openings for part-time or full-time employment with schedules that vary according to desired hours and availability. If you enjoy serving healthy food and interacting with patrons, this is the career for you! Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries, and relaying feedback to supervisors. Prepare and serve food safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of hot and cold items, maintaining portion control, and adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and post-checkout areas, completing cleaning tasks thoroughly and on schedule. Monitor inventory and supplies, conducting daily counts, requisitioning items to maintain par levels, and ensuring proper storage, labeling, and dating of all food and supplies. Support merchandising and food presentation by stocking retail areas, assisting with salad bars and display refrigerators, and ensuring all food displays are attractive and meet company standards. Collaborate with team members and follow procedures, informing cooks of low food quantities, suggesting product changes based on customer trends, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
