Learn more about our products here: https://pro.znanylekarz.pl/ Why join us? 📊 Real impact – We help doctors help patients. Your work truly makes a difference. 📈 At scale, yet agile – 3,000+ employees, but still fast, flexible, and hands-on. ✨ Shape the future, sustain growth – Make a difference now *and* build for long-term success. Job Description Terapia is a completely new digital product line, separate from our marketplace, designed to connect patients with therapists for ongoing mental health care. Patients are instantly matched with the right psychologist through a survey, which filters for preferences and therapy style, helping ensure the best possible fit. On the therapist side, Terapia is a fresh opportunity, we onboard new therapists and create a fair, performance-driven system. Launched in Poland, Terapia is now a live product with real users, real therapists, and real learnings to build on. Terapia has launched. Now it’s time to make it work — really well. We’re looking for someone to own Terapia in the Polish market: to take what’s been built, understand it deeply, improve it relentlessly, and grow it. This role isn’t about starting from zero — it’s about taking something real and making it great. The role This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with plenty of room to shape the direction of the product. You’ll work closely with other teams, plug into Docplanner’s broader support network, and collaborate across functions to connect local needs with central capabilities. If you thrive on ownership, enjoy improving what’s already moving, and are energized by working as part of a bigger team toward a clear mission — this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Own the health and growth of Terapia in Poland — patients, therapists, operations, outcomes Lead the local operating rhythm across SDR, sales, onboarding and CS; set goals, split tasks, review performance, and unblock execution Own and continuously improve the therapist acquisition funnel: sourcing, qualification, pitch, contact attempts, conversion, onboarding and activation Work with marketing, growth and local teams to improve patient acquisition, patient conversion, and the quality of demand entering the funnel Manage sales funnel performance through clear KPIs: pipeline quality, conversion by source or segment, follow-up quality, lost reasons, activation rates, and cohort health Talk to users (including unhappy ones) to understand what blocks them — and remove those blockers Identify what’s working and what isn’t, act fast, and share your learnings with the team Collaborate with central product, ops, and other market teams — plug into Docplanner’s support network rather than reinventing the wheel Connect the dots between local needs and central capabilities — translate insights into improvements that benefit the whole Use Pareto / MVP thinking to decide what to prioritize, test, or skip Optimize the onboarding, matching, and overall patient-therapist experience based on ongoing feedback Help evolve the Terapia playbook so your market’s learnings can benefit future markets Your Goals in the First 90 Days Deeply understand the current state of Terapia in Poland — users, therapists, operations, and key metrics. Keep up with the business plan: recruiting & onboarding 100s of therapists/month, farming more mature cohorts and ensuring portfolio health. Identify the top 3–5 levers to improve patient and therapist satisfaction, and start acting on them. Build strong working relationships with the central Terapia team and key Docplanner partners. Deliver a clear view of what’s working, what needs improving, and a prioritized plan to get there. Gather and share structured feedback with central teams to improve operations and product. Qualifications We’re looking for a self-starter who takes ownership and runs with it. You will own Terapia in Poland — driving growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring the product works well for patients and therapists alike. You’ll be the local expert: the person who knows the market, the users, and the product best — and who brings that knowledge back to the broader team. What we’re looking for: Hands-on experience owning outcomes in a product, market, or growth role. Track record of scaling operations or go-to-market processes — from early traction toward significant growth. Regularly talked to users and made decisions based on those conversations. Experience managing or coordinating a small commercial or operations team, ideally across SDR, sales, onboarding, or CS. Strong understanding of sales funnel management: sourcing, qualification, conversion, activation, follow-up, lost reasons, and cohort performance. Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and owning the outcome. Experience working cross-functionally — you know how to get things done through collaboration, not just solo execution. Able to use simple tools (Docs, Sheets) to think and communicate clearly. Additional Information What to Expect from Our Hiring Process We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role): 1️⃣ Intro Chat: A first call with our Talent Partner Ainhoa to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation. 2️⃣ SHL numerical assessment: A 20-minute SHL numerical reasoning test to assess your numerical acumen, given the analytical nature of the role. 3️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper conversation about your background, aspirations, and experience, with Michal 4️⃣ Business Case: A take-home exercise with dedicated prep time, designed to understand how you approach real-life problems and think through regulatory scenarios. You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with Michal and Tomasz (your manager of this role). 5️⃣ References & Offer!
