As we expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Market Lead to drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and contribute directly to revenue generation. Role Overview As a Market Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team. This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and guiding independent agents in their local market, with an established presence and trusted relationships in the community. Requirements Key Responsibilities Market Leadership & Team Management Oversee and manage local Medicare sales operations within your designated region. Recruit, mentor, and coach Independent Agents to maximize performance and productivity. Lead from the front by actively selling alongside your team, modeling best practices, and driving personal production. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed regional performance targets. Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development. Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and operational excellence aligned with Connie Health’s standards. Analyze local market trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen community-rooted market presence. Who You Are Licensed & Certified – AHIP-certified with a valid state life and health insurance license. Leader & Mentor – Passionate about coaching and developing independent agents. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to support remote and in-person coaching. Entrepreneurial & Independent – Experience working with independent agents, ideally having been one yourself. Accomplished – 5 years of Medicare sales experience, providing deep industry knowledge and expertise. Growth-Oriented – Eager to advance in sales leadership and make a significant impact.
