One Step into a dynamic role as the Market Manager for Emerging Brands in Austin/San Antonio with Brown-Forman! Be at the forefront of driving brand success through innovative strategies, impactful relationships, and seamless execution, directly infl uencing the growth and visibility of our emerging brands in the vibrant Austin/San Antonio market.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry with demonstrated success meeting key metrics and demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, while actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with leaders in other channels, functions, and geographies to improve ideas and deliver better results. Keeps relevant parties informed of activity and encourages similar behavior from the local team. Able to prioritize the overall Brown-Forman business needs above specific territory or team needs.
• Strong coaching and sales training skills.
• Strong, consistent presence in the market with key accounts and customers. Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required.
• Ability to effectively use software and systems for commercial business operations, such as budgeting and planning.
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required, with a valid state driver’s license and the capability to lift 60 pounds. Systems Proficiency i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or other business operations software.
