Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Market Manager focusing on our Distribution Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing commercial opportunities across the European market. You’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with accommodation distributors, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and secure new commercial opportunities by sourcing and contracting accommodation inventory with distributors.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accommodation suppliers and vendors.
  • Product Optimization: Monitor and optimize supplier rates, inventory availability, and service quality to enhance competitiveness.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of connectivity, settlement processes, and backend systems to streamline operations.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Advise suppliers on effective marketing campaigns and promotions to drive demand.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel & Collaboration: Be available for business travel and partner visits (approximately 30% of the time).
  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, delivering results that align with business objectives.
