JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary The Market Manager (MM) is responsible for driving direct revenue generation within the assigned area, contributing to the overall performance of the Region. The MM will build, maintain, and optimize commercial relationships with existing Select hotels and support their transition into digital and Prime Supplier models. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Portfolio Management Implement the digital supplier model across all hotels within the assigned portfolio. Maintain and grow the share of Select suppliers. Convert as many Select suppliers as possible into Prime suppliers. Improve the overall competitiveness of the portfolio through a fully digital approach. Manage digital acquisition of new suppliers and digital recovery of existing Select suppliers. Reduce “cost to serve” while continuously improving service levels. Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000+ accounts. Support hotels in using our platform and operational tools, with the goal of becoming self-service. Operational Excellence & Tools Understand contracting tools and optimize their use to improve efficiency. Update all supplier interactions using Salesforce (calls, tasks, opportunities). Support hotel onboarding, including Global Chain Transfers, e-registration, and win-back initiatives. Adapt to ongoing digitalization processes and proactively provide feedback for improvements. Performance & Commercial Growth Improve marketing campaign performance and conversion rates. Conduct at least 50 calls per week with portfolio hotels to optimize campaigns and drive TTV and bookings. Actively participate in team follow-ups (mainly Revenue and Campaign performance) to help the RMM understand portfolio progress and areas requiring improvement. Qualifications: Experience in travel industry and account management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fast learner with a proactive, results‑driven approach Able to prioritize effectively and work independently with strong ownership Customer‑focused; comfortable with high‑volume phone interactions Languages: Thai (native), English (fluent); Korean/Chinese a plus.
