We’re looking for a Market Manager with entrepreneurial spirit, corporate systems experience, and the drive to put their stamp on Wagyu beef in Texas. Job Description Who You Are A driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Passionate about high-quality beef and creating memorable dining moments Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer-focused, building authentic relationships and delivering elevated, high touch service An inspiring professional who drives results, cultivates talent, and ensures accountability Confident decision-maker with a strong sense of ownership Committed to treating customers and team members with care and respect Your Mission Store Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence Market yourself and the brand as the premium option for Wagyu Beef in Dallas Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable (LMA) Hire, train, and develop high-performing staff Optimize labor, manage payroll, and maintain inventory accuracy Collaborate with Distribution and Meatworks of Kansas teams on orders and logistics Ensure the store is visually appealing and operating efficiently Customer Success & Concierge Service Deliver an elevated, personalized experience for every customer Build relationships with top clients, providing proactive communication, recommendations, and follow-up Act as a concierge for premium clients, keeping them informed about products, promotions, and events Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement Drive in-store sales through training, promotions, and sampling Lead local marketing: social media, email campaigns, direct marketing, and community outreach Execute tastings, events, and seasonal promotions Represent Booth Creek Wagyu at Southlake community events and other events in the Dallas metro Financial & Business Accountability Own the P&L for your market Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to exceed financial goals Forecast sales trends, plan budgets, and collaborate on promotions Qualifications What You Bring 3–5 years in retail, grocery, or food service; 2+ years in leadership or multi-store management Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with beef, cattle, or agriculture is a plus but not required Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Willingness to work 45–50 hours/week, including weekends, and actively engage with the market Physical capability: stand long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, use cleaning products Additional Information Why Join Us? $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary based on experience + Commission-Based Incentives: Competitive base with performance-driven upside.
