Description

Luxury Escapes is one of the world’s fastest growing travel businesses, reaching up to 7 million subscribers each month with exclusive limited time offers at ‘insider’ prices.
We are a collective of forward-thinking people, driven to challenge the travel industry and ourselves to bring ever better travel experiences to our customer community.
Awarded as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ by the AFR; employee experience is king here, with lunches provided 5 days a week, an onsite gym with premium change facilities, weekly events, the opportunity to experience the travel we offer and significant professional development opportunities - we go above and beyond to make every workday something to look forward to!
We are now looking for a Market Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with owners and suppliers of luxury Villas in Bali to drive incremental sales for Luxury Escapes.
Working closely with the Commercial Sales team, the role involves negotiating and contracting new and repeat partners, maintaining rate parity, owning all pre/post production responsibilities.
The Market Manager also ensures all deals are commercially sound and will ensure signed contracts are accurately completed as they get passed over to the Partner Success team for go-live production.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business and partner goals
  • Establish and maintain the quality of data in Luxury Escapes’ CRM (Salesforce) system, ensuring it is up to date and accurate for contracting and production purposes
  • Manage pre- and post-production responsibilities, including effective communication with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Drive incremental sales through dynamic and static rate promotional campaigns - negotiating and contracting exclusive discounts, and value ads
  • Analyse post-campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, reviewing performance and offering insights to optimise revenue
  • Work with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximise regional success
  • Investigate instances where rates are uncompetitive and liaise with suppliers to obtain rates that ensure our competitiveness in the marketplace
  • Foster relationships between new and existing hotel partners, with a portion of the role focused on new supply
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in the designated region
  • Partner escalation support contact for all connectivity related issues
  • Sales support for live campaigns - both static and dynamic focused
  • Customer Service escalation contact for life of travel validity/escalations
  • Partner escalation contact for Finance queries & Payment (old and new campaigns)
