JOB TITLE: MARKET PROMOTION ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)

Location: London, United Kingdom
Hours: 5-6 hours/day, 3-5 days/week (Flexible shifts, weekend availability preferred)
Hourly Rate: £12-£15/hour (Paid monthly, compliant with UK National Minimum Wage)

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Skills
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or promotional roles preferred.
Fluent in English (written/oral); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus.
Basic computer skills for data entry and form management.

Responsibilities

Booth Promotion
Engage customers at market booths using roll-up banners, leaflets, and other materials to introduce products.
Demonstrate product features and answer basic inquiries to generate interest.
Lead Collection
Guide clients to complete registration forms or submit details via digital tools, ensuring data accuracy.
Organize and submit client lists to the sales team in real time.
Customer Interaction & Feedback
Collect customer opinions and suggestions, then relay feedback to relevant departments.
Handle simple queries; redirect complex issues to supervisors.
Operational Support
Assist in setting up/dismantling booths and managing promotional inventory (e.g., leaflets, giveaways).
