Market Research Analyst About the Role As Market research analyst, you will conduct and analyze market research studies, market trends, digital campaign performance, category dynamics, and customer, consumer, and shopper behavior—to deliver accurate, timely insights that inform strategic and operational decisions to the team. What You Will Do Perform basic analyses of relevant data and help prepare insights and recommendations that support business growth by integrating knowledge of market, consumer and shopper Gather and monitor information on trends and activities, contributing to insight sharing across teams. Create simple reports and scorecards and support the delivery of research aligned with global guidelines. Assist in validating plans and recommendations by ensuring relevant insights are available to support decision-making. Support monthly monitoring of market behavior using tools like Nielsen and Kantar World Panel. Help maintain the market research library, keeping it organized and up to date. Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate research methods are used. Who You Are 3 years of experience in Consumer Market Research within CPG companies and market research agencies. Demonstrated experience working with market data platforms such as Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, ISCAM, IQVIA, or similar tools.
