How You’ll Make an Impact: Maintain and update market share data on issuer ratings and coverage for international and national scales. Create and manage fee letters, ensuring compliance with Fitch’s recordkeeping policies. Manage banker and issuer outreach by maintaining accurate contact databases and deal sheets. Ensure Salesforce data integrity by updating contacts and meeting notes promptly. Prepare accurate and brand-compliant presentations and marketing materials for meetings and events. Support e-marketing initiatives and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate and execute Fitch-hosted events and conferences, ensuring high participation and smooth operations. Manage procurement processes, corporate gifts, and marketing collaterals in line with company guidelines. You May be a Good Fit if: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, marketing support, or data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). What Would Make You Stand Out: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Familiarity with financial markets and credit rating processes.
