Salary: R35 000 - R40 000 Per Month Responsibilities Develop screeners, discussion guides, and surveys for qualitative and quantitative research projects. Lead day-to-day fieldwork coordination, liaising with partners and keeping clients informed throughout. Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, turning insights into compelling narratives. Create visually engaging PowerPoint reports, ensuring findings are easy to digest and visually appealing. Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person (with occasional travel opportunities). Manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Support business development through proposal writing and research planning. Qualifications and Experience Essential: Minimum of 3 years' experience in market research, ideally with a healthcare focus. Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Proven track record of end-to-end project management. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement.
