Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Market Research Intern to support our market research efforts. In this role, you will conduct outbound phone surveys with businesses to gather insights about their current technology usage and adoption trends. This is a non-sales, purely research-focused position no product pitching, demos, or selling is involved. Responsibilities: Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to companies across various industries. Accurately record responses and maintain data quality in internal systems. Communicate professionally and represent our organization with clarity and neutrality. Provide regular updates on progress and share feedback on outreach effectiveness. What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in B2B market research. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone and handling questions. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record survey responses. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic familiarity with MS-Excel. Prior experience in survey calling, customer interaction, or call-based internships is an advantage.
