REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B or tech/industrial sectors.
• Excellent command of Dutch (native or near native) and strong written/verbal English skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote/international setup.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and CRM systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketer to support local and global marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Dutch sales team and international marketing team to execute campaigns, adapt global content for the Dutch market, and help strengthen Decide4Action’s presence in Europe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, multilingual, and challenging environment.
