KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a strategic marketing role, with hands-on exposure in FMCG, Laundry & Dry Cleaning, and Media environments.
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and brand development initiatives.
  • Excellent understanding of market segmentation, consumer behavior, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, content management systems).
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the FMCG, Laundry & Dry Cleaning, and Media sectors.
  • Drive brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement across all business units.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns including digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
