After nearly 12 years of growth, accolades, and award-winning work, we’re ready for our next Marketing Account Director to join our team full-time, with the flexibility to work hybrid from our office in St. John’s, NL, or remotely from anywhere in Canada.
As a Marketing Account Director, you’ll use your marketing, communications, and creative expertise to solve business problems for our clients. You’re passionate about great creative and know exactly what it takes to bring an idea to life. Your clients and our internal team will count on you for fresh insights, killer strategies, flawless execution, and managing timelines and budgets like a pro.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proven strategic expertise with experience in integrated marketing projects, including digital and social
  • Strong budget management and financial oversight experience
  • A solid track record of managing relationships and driving business growth
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to occasionally travel for client meetings
Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, including product innovation, marketing challenges, sales targets, and industry competition
  • Lead the planning process for annual, seasonal, and long-term strategies on integrated accounts
  • Develop smart, creative solutions to marketing challenges and identify opportunities for innovative work
  • Have a strong grasp of production processes (video, digital, print) and ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee timely project delivery that’s on strategy and within budget
  • Contribute positively to agency culture
