JOB OVERVIEW

As an account manager at CODESM, you will begin by managing internal company accounts, gaining a deep understanding of our offerings and processes. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company. You will work closely with our existing Account Managers and Account Director, supporting them with daily tasks and gradually taking on more responsibilities as you gain experience. This is a full-time role, ideal for dedicated individuals seeking to build a long-term career in digital marketing.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Previous experience in a support or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.

Responsibilities
  • Learn about CODESM’s products, services, and internal processes through various training methods, including shadowing experienced Account Managers.
  • Assist in managing internal accounts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc sales and marketing tasks, including product demos and sales calls, until permanent team members are onboarded for these roles.
  • Gradually take on client-facing responsibilities as you successfully make sales and start managing those accounts.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met and communication is maintained.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
