JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. This role will work closely with our Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service while managing project timelines and ensuring delivery of work through the agency on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and will have previous agency experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Digital marketing understanding: Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development).
• Organisation: ​​Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent communication, written and verbal, that enable you to hold conversations with clients along with maintaining open channels of communication with the internal teams.
• Attitude: Proactive attitude that enables you to take ownership of the role and drive projects forward.
• Collaboration: Relationship building and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Problem solving: Ability to identify problems, not shy away from them, and produce solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or other qualification in a relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, …)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and in an agency setting.
• Experience in relevant agency/project management tools and platforms (e.g., Monday, Teamwork, Accelo).
