MARKETING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (6-MONTH CONTRACT, POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT)

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in our Mid Sussex office, 2 remote)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be the go-to person for managing and growing social media channels across multiple client accounts. From creating engaging content and scheduling posts, to analysing performance and producing insightful reports – you’ll own the digital conversation.
Beyond social, you’ll support on campaigns, events, and seasonal activations while building strong relationships with clients, retailers, and stakeholders. This role requires someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and thrives on variety – one day you could be on-site at a shopping centre, the next deep-diving into campaign analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow social media channels for multiple clients
  • Create engaging content, blogs, and campaign copy
  • Monitor, report, and analyse digital performance
  • Work with the Account Manager to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, retailers, and partners
  • Regular site visits to support activations and events
