Roveia Health is our specialized growth division focused on telehealth, health & wellness, and digital health brands - helping companies in the GLP-1, supplements, and patient acquisition space scale through performance marketing. Across both brands, we manage millions in yearly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok - serving clients from early-stage startups to 8-figure consumer brands. Fully remote. The Role We're hiring a Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships, delivery execution, and account growth across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health accounts. This is not a coordination role. You need to understand performance marketing — how ads work, what good creative looks like, how to read a Meta or Google Ads dashboard, and how to lead strategic conversations with clients backed by data. You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts. That means running calls, presenting performance, managing internal teams, and making sure clients always feel informed, confident, and in good hands. You'll own client health — retention, satisfaction, and account growth. What You'll Own Client Leadership Serve as the lead point of contact across a mixed portfolio of tech, startup, and health/wellness clients Lead client calls and present performance updates with a clear strategic narrative — not just numbers Proactively communicate wins, risks, and recommendations without waiting to be asked Build trusted relationships that drive long-term retention across both Roveir and Roveia Health accounts Delivery & Execution Own timelines, task management, and cross-team coordination inside ClickUp Manage dependencies across creative, performance, and media teams Keep campaign launches, creative iterations, and optimizations moving on schedule Identify blockers early and resolve them before they surface to clients Performance & Strategy Interpret campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels Contribute meaningfully to account strategy — creative direction, funnel recommendations, testing priorities Deliver clear, data-backed performance reviews that clients actually understand Flag opportunities and risks based on what you're seeing in the accounts Account Growth Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Position additional services, creative packages, or scope increases where relevant Support retention through strong delivery, proactive communication, and consistent results What We're Looking For Must-Haves 2–4+ years in a marketing agency or growth-focused environment Solid working knowledge of paid media — Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms You don't need to be a media buyer, but you need to speak the language fluently and lead performance conversations independently Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong client communication skills — on calls, async, and in written updates Comfortable coordinating creative briefs and giving feedback to designers and media buyers Fluent English, written and verbal Self-directed and comfortable in a fully remote environment Strong Signals Background that started in performance marketing before moving client-facing Has presented strategy and performance to clients without leaning on a separate strategist Experience with health, wellness, telehealth, SaaS, eCommerce, or tech clients Has independently identified and closed upsell opportunities Familiar with patient acquisition, health brand marketing, or regulated verticals (nice to have for Roveia Health accounts) You're Not the Right Fit If: You need a media buyer in every client call to answer performance questions You treat account management as scheduling calls and following up on tasks You can't explain why a campaign is underperforming in plain language You've never had a strategic conversation with a client without backup What We Offer $65,000 – $95,000 CAD annually, based on experience Fully remote, globally distributed team Ownership over a meaningful client portfolio across two growing brands Direct collaboration with experienced performance marketers and creative leaders Long-term growth path as Roveir and Roveia Health scale Work closely with operators and alumni from Facebook and Tesla Hiring Process Application Review — We'll review your background and experience First Interview — Intro call to discuss your experience, the role, and fit Second Interview — Deeper conversation with a senior team member or the CEO Practical Screen — You'll walk through a sample account scenario or dashboard to demonstrate how you think and communicate performance Apply now and help us scale great companies through performance-driven marketing.
