We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading B2B digital marketing agency in Bath. Specializing in content across web and digital, this agency works with a wide range of clients to create powerful online experiences that drive business results.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between clients and the internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for supporting on multiple client accounts, driving marketing strategies, and working closely with web developers, designers, and content creators. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Account Management Experience in a digital marketing or agency setting.
  • A passion for digital content and harnessing your creativity to be hands-on with content production.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including web design, SEO and PPC.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with creative and technical teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Experience with B2B clients is a plus, though not essential.
