Account Manager - Marketing
The Role
Are you a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for delivering impactful and award winning campaigns? We’re looking for an experienced account manager to join one of the UK’s leading fully integrated marketing agencies based in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, award-winning agency that blends data science, strategy, media, and creative to deliver high-impact campaigns for some of the most prestigious blue-chip brands. You’ll be at the heart of a talented client services team, managing high-profile accounts, shaping social-first strategies, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across multiple digital channels.
As the key point of contact for your clients, you’ll combine commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving to build strong relationships and drive outstanding results.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a full-service or digital marketing agency, with a strong understanding of organic social, digital, and multi-channel strategies (3+ years).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently while maintaining top-tier client service.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance, spot trends, and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Proven experience managing high-profile clients, fostering long-term partnerships, and working collaboratively with internal teams.
• Commercial acumen with an eye for budgets, contracts, and financial details, ensuring projects remain profitable and efficient.
• Confidence in presenting insights, reports, and creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker who can see beyond individual campaigns and contribute to long-term brand growth and marketing strategy.
