Description

We’re looking to add a Marketing Account Manager to our team to help look after our portfolio of clients, ensuring that innovative and creative solutions are identified and delivered to meet their digital marketing needs.
Experience of running paid Meta and Google ad campaigns would be preferable.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dunde

Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing a portfolio of Client Accounts.
· Build and maintaining client relationships through regular ongoing engagement, adapting approach based on client needs.
· Proactively communicate with clients providing regular updates on progress and opportunities to address any concerns.
· Seek out new business opportunities through the development of existing relationships and the development of new relationships.
· Manage the delivery of quality marketing and media solutions for clients within portfolio through effective and proactive oversight of third-party sub-contractors and suppliers.
· Ensure effective credit control for clients within portfolio.
· Lead presentations to new and or existing clients on products and services offered by the organisation.
· Proactively identify new ways of working and opportunities to improve ways of working.
· Take responsibility for trouble shooting on issues that occur for clients within portfolios.
· Work collaboratively across the whole team making the most of skills and experience available sharing knowledge and experience, always being comfortable to ask for help when required.
