Role Summary This role is responsible for coordinating with the marketing, content, and licensing teams at Spacetoon across MENA and Turkey to ensure alignment across all initiatives. The individual will monitor progress against KPIs and facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is fluent in Turkish and English and has prior experience working as an account or project manager with clients or brands in the media and/or entertainment industry. Agency experience and strong multi-tasking skills are preferred. Key Responsibilities Own client/brand relationships: lead status calls, manage expectations, gather requirements, and ensure high satisfaction. Translate client objectives into clear briefs, scopes, timelines, and deliverables for internal teams and partners. Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams (campaigns, always-on content, paid media support, brand launches, events, etc.). Build and deliver strong presentations and proposals using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides (strategy decks, performance updates, quarterly business reviews). Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, Design, Media/Performance, Production, Social, Analytics) and ensure on-time, on-brand delivery. Monitor progress daily: timelines, dependencies, approvals, and risks—proactively resolving blockers and escalating when needed. Track campaign and project KPIs: define success metrics, validate reporting inputs, and convert data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Manage budgets and resources where applicable: quotes, invoices, change requests, and scope control. Ensure documentation quality: meeting notes, action items, approvals, asset trackers, and project plans. Maintain high operational standards across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management (clear, confident, professional). Excellent organization and attention to detail; comfortable handling multiple priorities. KPI-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements. Strong presentation and storytelling skills (visual clarity + structured messaging). Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and keep teams focused on outcomes. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in account management and/or project management (marketing, media, digital, or creative environments). Fluency in Turkish (written, spoken, and comprehension). Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). Proven ability to manage multiple high-scale projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Strong presentation capability using Canva, PowerPoint, and similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up discipline. Agency experience is a strong plus.
