Description

At Larison Media, we partner with small businesses so that together we can increase their impact internally, locally, and beyond — because we believe small businesses have the power to change the world.
Five Door Media extends that mission to the cleaning industry. We help cleaning companies grow through clear strategy, smart execution, and content that actually moves the needle.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE (BUILT FOR SMART BEGINNERS)

This is a project-management-forward Brand Strategist role. You’ll help run client projects end to end and guide them toward the right mix of marketing solutions. You do not need to be a media buyer or SEO technician on day one. Bring a high-level understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and Facebook/Meta Ads — and a willingness to learn, tinker, and take initiative. We’ll train you on the rest, including Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Business Profile (GBP), with a special focus on what works for cleaning companies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Start by supporting, then lead: shadow a Brand Strategist on a few accounts, then take on a small client portfolio across Larison Media and Five Door.
  • Keep projects on track: build simple timelines and briefs, run agendas, take notes, assign tasks, and follow up so work ships on time.
  • Turn goals into plans: help translate client goals into straightforward ad/SEO plans; collaborate with specialists who handle builds and creative.
  • Guide paid strategy (with support): shape Google Search/PMax and Meta plans, ensure tracking is in place, and align budgets to goals.
  • Own local SEO basics for cleaners: keep GBP updated, help collect reviews, coordinate service-area pages and on-page updates.
  • Learn the numbers: review GA4, Search Console, and ad dashboards; pull out clear insights with our checklists and training.
  • Run clear check-ins: lead weekly or bi-weekly client updates with simple summaries, what we learned, and what we’ll do next.
  • Pitch problem-solving: help clients choose the right tactics for their goals, budgets, and timelines.
