The Marketing Acquisition Strategist serves as a senior marketing subject matter expert focused on growing new donors, leads new names, app users, and first-time ministry engagement. This role partners with marketing leadership and channel owners to develop, test, and optimize acquisition strategies across campaigns, advertising, digital channels, content, and audience journeys. Responsibilities:    * Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies that attract new people into the ministry ecosystem * Identify and recommend emerging trends, platforms, channels, and partnership opportunities that can accelerate growth * Identify opportunities and influence strategy to reach new demographics and untapped audiences * Collaborate with multiple departments and serve as a thought leader in audience acquisition and growth marketing * Influence strategy for acquisition-focused campaigns that generate new names, subscribers, app users, donors, and ministry participants * Partner with creative, social, web, email, and advertising teams to develop compelling acquisition journeys * Help shape the development of landing pages, lead magnets, promotions, and conversion-focused experiences * Oversee campaign implementation from strategy through execution and optimization * Utilize digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing, partnerships, and other channels to drive audience growth * Monitor emerging platforms and audience trends to identify new growth opportunities * Evaluate performance of media investments and channel strategies based on organizational goals and provide recommendations for future spends * Evaluate acquisition performance across channels, using data and testing to continually improve acquisition strategies and campaign performance * Monitor key metrics including new names, leads, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness * Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership * Partner with marketing leadership to execute special projects that bring creative and marketing ideas to life, such as voice of consumer and surveys Qualifications:    * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience * 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, audience development, lead generation, or growth marketing * Experience with acquisition or lead generation campaigns * Ability to brief creative and channel teams * Experience interpreting campaign performance data * Strong analytical and strategic skills * Proficient in gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources to create credible and compelling content * Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, whether written or verbal * Ability to work with all levels of the organization * Must be able to work independently and with little oversight * Ability to interpret data and provide insightful analysis  * Ability to flexible when needed * Ability to learn quickly and adjust to process and software changes  Education:    * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent years of experience We’ve got you covered with perks:  * Mission-driven job that also pays * Medical Plan with no out-of-pocket premiums * Generous HSA contributions * Free Dental * Free long-term disability and life insurance * Wholistic Wellness Program * Employee Assistance Program for you and your family * 403(b) generous matching * Discount on ministry resources  * Options to work from home with a hybrid work environment * Paid time off  * Professional Development * Tuition Reimbursement *Note: Please ensure you are utilizing the most current, updated version of your browser.
