Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It… You, as our new Marketing and Activations coordinator, will activate and drive the TSH brand and experience in the Berlin and Vienna market. You'll actively manage the (social) channels to create true community engagement. This comes easy for you since you're known to be super creative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Together with the rest of your superstar-team in Berlin and Vienna, as well as the guidance of our experts working in the global Hub in Amsterdam, you'll create and roll-out the local marketing & communications plan and turn our Berlin and Vienna locations into an instant success! What You’ll Do You’ll create the marketing plan and execute through multiple marketing & communication channels like PR, brand partnerships & influencer activations, social media, offline marketing and/or events You’ll drive creation, localization and quality control of brand (marketing) assets and global TSH brand campaigns You’ll own and maintain local content on TSH.com and ensure accuracy and consistency across all distribution channels and third-party platforms You’ll analyze and deliver Market insights & intelligence You’ll manage the local social media channels and create community newsletter You’ll manage the local marketing budgets You’ll pro-actively connect with our (online) Community & build direct relations with interesting external parties You’ll manage media/press and influencer relationships You’re responsible for local content Who You Are You demonstrate excellent problem analysis skills and decision making You are result driven You are proactive, hands-on mentality, drive and ambition to grow with the organization You have experience in a similar marketing & communications role You have a commercial mindset You are creative and eager to build and maintain relationships with our partners You’re Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), other languages are a bonus What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
