Role reports to: Sr. Brand Manager, Tylenol, Selfcare BU Location: Asia Pacific, South Korea, Seoul, Seoul Work Location: Hybrid What you will do What you will do Tylenol Marketing Intern is responsible for support in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, and evaluating sales and marketing activities to grow business and market share: Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Support market and consumer research activities to uncover insights and trends Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, RA, QC, etc) to support brand initiatives Assist in monitoring and analyzing brand performance tracking, sales & financial figures Monitor competitor activities and contribute to brand performance analysis Support day-to-day operations of the brand team, including administrative tasks and project tracking What we are looking for Required Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Marketing, Business or a related field Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strategic thinking & analytical and problem-solving skills Cross-functional communication skills with internal (i.e., enabling teams) and external stakeholders (i.e., agencies) Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
