THE ROLE As our Marketing Admin, you'll be the friendly, reliable voice inside BukuWarung's Top Influencer WhatsApp groups — the front line connecting our biggest partners to the support they need. You'll keep conversations moving, resolve merchant issues quickly, and know exactly when and how to escalate. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Actively monitor and respond to BukuWarung's Top Influencer WhatsApp groups, * Resolve merchant issues raised in-group, following BukuWarung's internal SOPs and escalation flow. * Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the right internal team promptly and with clear context. * Maintain tidy, up-to-date documentation of conversations, issues, and resolutions in Google Sheets/Docs. * Track and hit response-time targets, helping the team consistently deliver a fast, positive support experience. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * At least 1 year of experience in a support/admin role (customer support, community, or operations background welcome). * Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent. * Strong communication skills — clear, warm, and professional, especially in written chat. * Comfortable working in Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar tools. * Organized and detail-oriented, with a genuinely tidy approach to documentation. * Disciplined, dependable, and takes full ownership of the work assigned.
