Our extrusion plants have earned the reputation: “Built in Africa for Africa!” To support our continued growth, CFAM is seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing Administration Officer to support the Marketing, Communication and Training Department. The role includes administration and logistics for ExtruWorld and other CFAM events, as well as the creation and coordination of marketing materials to support the sales team. Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Event Administration & Logistics • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for ExtruWorld and other CFAM events. • Manage event registration, delegate communication, travel arrangements, supplier coordination, and documentation. • Support event setup, branding, hospitality, and post‑event reporting. 2. Marketing Administration • Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and filing systems. • Manage procurement and stock control of branded materials and printed items. • Coordinate marketing workflows and support departmental administration. 3. Marketing Content Support • Assist with creating, editing, and formatting brochures, presentations, product sheets, and digital content. • Support website and social media content updates. • Prepare marketing collateral requested by the sales team. 4. Administrative & Reporting Duties • Track marketing spend, analytics, CRM updates, and event metrics. • Prepare regular reports summarising event performance and marketing activities. Qualifications • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing administration or event coordination. • Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is advantageous. • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
