REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work on their own
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Hubspot CMS and Hubspot Marketing Automation platform
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
  • Experience with graphic design and digital content creation resources

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Administrator, your role will include:

  • Planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives and campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Testing, measuring and reporting marketing results on a timely and consistent basis.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Creating and coordinating marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, email templates, and printed materials.
  • Content creation, including blog posts, videos, press releases, customer testimonials, customer case studies, and web page content.
  • Social media management and active engagement across social media.
  • Website SEO management, tracking, and maintenance
  • Website page edits, website page creation within the existing Hubspot CMS.
  • Execution, maintenance, and monitoring of marketing automation and email nurture sequences within the existing Hubspot Marketing Automation platform.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and marketing agencies regarding strategies and content.
  • Event management and attendance, including in-person events, online webinars, and industry events.
