Description

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Administrative Assistant. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of marketing, content creation, and website testing.

Experience Required: We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in either marketing and/or administrative roles.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Assist in generating creative ideas and producing engaging content for marketing campaigns.
  • Graphic Design Support: Occasionally use Canva (and other tools) to design images and graphics for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Video Production: Support in filming content for YouTube and other educational platforms.
  • Embroidery Support: Operate embroidery machines to create stitch-outs and product samples for marketing, training, and testing purposes. Training will be provided.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data input, maintain organized records, and assist with internal communications.
  • Photography: Take high-quality photos of embroidery samples and finished projects for marketing use.
  • Communications: Draft and send professional emails, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Team Coordination: Help organize schedules, projects, and collaboration across departments.
  • Website Testing: Assist in testing website functionality to ensure smooth user experience.
  • A Variety of Other Roles: To support other internal teams efforts.
