Marketing Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
(part-time; 20 hours/week, fixed-term for 2 years)

Your responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management: Oversee the Marketing requests from internal and external partners and ensure prompt and professional communication, as well as the completion
  • Project Coordination: Maintain and manage project calendars to ensure deadlines are met
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with teams such as Procurement and Campus Jobs for seamless project execution
  • Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and reporting tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship
  • Experience in marketing is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
