OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to support our growing health and safety consultancy business. This dual-role position combines digital marketing duties with essential office administration tasks, ideal for someone proactive and adaptable with strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience in marketing, office administration, or both
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a professional services or consultancy environment is an advantage

Responsibilities

MARKETING DUTIES

  • Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Write and edit content for the website and newsletters
  • Track digital engagement analytics and prepare basic reports
  • Coordinate with external vendors (graphic designers, printers, etc.)

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Handle correspondence from subcontractors
  • Maintain digital filing systems and client databases
