Description

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide support in various day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
* Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, and maintaining meeting notes in a shared document (e.g., OneNote)
* Organizing and maintaining the Marketing Google Drive, ensuring files are saved in the correct folders with appropriate file names
* Processing vendor accreditation and payments
* Coordinating with internal teams (merchandising, warehouse, etc.) for processing and delivery of sponsored items to KOLs, media, and partners
* Managing marketing inventory and assets for events and promotions
* Handling travel arrangements for overseas trips, including booking airfare, transfers, and accommodations, as well as assisting with passport and visa applications and per diem processing
* Other administrative tasks as assigned to support brand and sports marketing executives
