The role: We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Admin Intern to support in marketing and company branding activities while assisting with administrative operations. This role suits someone who is creative, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle both marketing and operational tasks in a fast-paced IT environment. What you’ll do: 1. Support on company sales and marketing events. 2. Assist in preparing marketing materials (posters, videos, slides, announcements and basic visuals). 3. Collaborate with the wider marketing team on events and activities to ensure smooth executions. 4. Support the creation of engaging content creation to support internal and external communications. 5. Provide insights and recommendations for marketing optimization & planning. 6. Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling and reporting. 7. Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed, providing support for operational tasks. What you must have: 1. A minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or better. 2. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Events, Business or equivalent. 3. A minimum of 5 months internship duration. What we consider a plus: 1. Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn. 2. Familiarity with simple design or editing tools for graphics and video (e.g. Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint). 3. A creative mindset with an interest in branding, content creation or digital marketing.
