Description

BCES Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the marketing and sales functions across all BCES Global companies. This role will be responsible for managing social media content, standardizing marketing and proposal materials, and administering the CRM system (Monday.com) to track leads and generate marketing and sales reports. The Marketing Administrator will serve as the key point of contact for marketing campaigns, lead capture tools, and budget tracking related to marketing spend. This position reports to the Chief Executive Sales Officer (CESO) and works with all BCES Global entities.
Pay: $28-33/hour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, or related roles.
  • Bilingual in English and French required
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (preferably Monday.com) and social media management required.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills for both digital and print platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and generate actionable reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across all BCES entities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for campaign development, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and manage marketing spend, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
  • Manage and curate content for all corporate social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop, update, and standardize company proposal templates, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all sales and marketing deliverables.
  • Serve as an administrator for Monday.com CRM platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing and sales activity, lead generation, and campaign results.
  • Develop and distribute regular reports and dashboards to support the sales and executive team.
  • Support the creation of lead capture tools such as landing pages, forms, and other mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with sales and regional teams to ensure proper hand-off and follow-up processes.
