You love a good system. You notice the detail others miss. You keep track of deadlines without needing to be reminded. You're quick, organised and dependable, and there's something genuinely satisfying about seeing a busy list of tasks get done.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
Studio Pilates International is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing Team on a permanent part-time basis, approximately 25 hours per week.
This is an administration and coordination-focused marketing role and we're deliberately looking for someone who loves that kind of work.
You'll be the person behind the scenes helping keep campaigns organised, projects moving, communications flowing and our Marketing Team one step ahead. We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, long-term member of our team and take real ownership of what they do.
Studio Pilates International is a global reformer Pilates franchise, with a growing network of studios across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and Europe!
From our Global Support Office in Brisbane, our team supports franchisees and studios around the world to deliver the premium Studio Pilates experience our clients know and love. Our Marketing Team is responsible for supporting that network with campaigns, communications, studio launches, brand activity and marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
And that's where you come in.
No two days will be exactly the same, but organisation will be at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with our Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team, you could find yourself:
You'll have plenty happening at once, so being able to prioritise, stay calm, work quickly and follow things through will be key.
You're someone who gets satisfaction from being organised and getting things done. You like clear processes, but if you see something that needs doing, you'll get on with it. You're naturally thorough. If an email is about to go to thousands of clients, you're the person who'll notice the typo, incorrect date or broken link before anyone else does.
You enjoy having a plan, keeping track of the details and knowing where things are up to. And importantly, you're comfortable following up. If you're waiting on something you need to complete a task, you won't just let the deadline pass - you'll communicate, chase it and keep things moving.
Our ideal Marketing Administrator will be:
