Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Marketing, Sales & Business Development team
  • Track deadlines for proposals, RFP submissions, and client deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintain client/prospect databases and track project deadlines
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and company events
  • Prepare and update marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social media content)
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentation slides, and tender document preparations
  • Coordinate with partners and consultants for quotations and project information.
  • Provide logistical support for client meetings and events
  • Organise internal staff events, corporate functions, and cross-departments projects amd management request.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome/ 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong organisation skills with attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage deadlines
  • Proactive, resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills
