MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
The role
Assisting with day to day tasks in the Marketing Department at Farmiloe and promoting luxury bathroom brands to retailers and consumers to create brand awareness with the aim of increasing sales.
It’s a small team so the role will be busy and varied with routine work as well as ad hoc tasks to support the Sales Office, Sales Managers and Directors. This is a great opportunity to work closely with several departments and to learn a wide variety of skills.
While the role is administration based, there will be a requirement for creativity and excellent communication skills. You will need to create marketing content for social media platforms and may be required to assist with Marketing material for the Sales Team. You will be able to share your ideas and have a personal input into the Marketing collateral produced.
You will be a key member of staff, assisting with the smooth running of the Marketing department and your ability to work well with others, inside and outside of the company, is absolutely essential.
Responsibilities:
· Marketing assistance for the Marketing Manager
· Coordinating Marketing mail outs to customers
· Sending Marketing information and images to customers
· Social media posts for all brand accounts with Marketing Manager’s input
· Keeping product images up to date on internal Navision system
· Assistance with producing electronic and print Marketing material
· Assistance with organising industry exhibitions and possibly attending them
· Assistance with product information spreadsheets for NBS architect design software, Virtual Worlds design software, EasyQuote and TruBlue quoting systems and brand websites.
· Marketing Administration support to the Sales Managers and Directors
. Answering phone calls from external parties and helping to resolve queries.
