THE OPPORTUNITY

Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for a collaborative Marketing Administrator to join our team in Langley, British Columbia. As the Marketing Administrator, you will play an integral supporting role to ensure marketing activities are executed, with results measured and reported back to internal clients for ongoing optimization.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as marketing or business administration
  • Experience with CRM email marketing is a strong asset
  • Experience working with CMS website platforms such as WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design applications, including Adobe CC and Canva
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support Marketing team and internal business units in implementing annual strategic marketing plans
  • Write and design email blasts for end users and sub dealers
  • Improve our online presence and build our audience using SEO best practices
  • Draft blog posts and support with other content creation
  • Report on various marketing analytics and record monthly statistics in CRM
  • Create and manage online image libraries
  • Assist with graphic design and video editing
  • Log incoming leads in the CRM and assign to sales reps for follow up
