PPL Biomechanics is an SME which has been manufacturing Custom Orthotic Devices since 1993. We are the leading supplier of foot orthoses, specialised footwear, and other biomechanical devices in Ireland, selling to Medical Practitioners in Private Clinics, Private Hospitals, HSE Hospitals and Community Care Centers.
PPL Biomechanics is an Irish company based in Cork, employing a team of more than twenty-five people. We promote a positive workplace environment and have ambitious plans to grow the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite , especially Excel and PowerPoint and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management and medical practitioners.
Full Irish driving license to travel to events.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our Sales and Marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a technically savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·     Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities.
· Maintain and manage marketing databases, CRM and ERP information as it relates to customers.
· Coordinate marketing material efforts including emails, brochures and selected website content.
· Support sales team in event planning and execution.
· Assist in the production of creative and engaging marketing collateral.
· Coordinate the administration of marketing invoices, ensuring all marketing activities are within budget.
· Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
· Assist in the preparation of training materials by placing provided content into templates and verifying accuracy.
· Collaborate with and support the Sales & Customer Services teams to ensure excellence in customer services.
