Description

King Heights Academy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role supports our marketing and outreach efforts across digital, print, and event channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, website updates, social media, and content creation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, MailChimp or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable making and receiving phone calls and interacting with families.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable attending external events to represent the school.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Previous experience in education, admissions, marketing, or customer service is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective families by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing detailed information about the school and its programs.
  • Attend school events, community activities, and external networking opportunities to promote King Heights Academy.
  • Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, flyers, and other promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Maintain and update social media channels with engaging content.
  • Assist with lead generation activities, follow-up communication, and scheduling campus tours.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
