Responsibilities
  • Conceive and execute marketing activities for the Faculty of Law Economics and Finance, targeting different internal and external parties.
  • Create and oversee student marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Central Communication Department
  • Liaise with external providers to create and disseminate marketing material for the Faculty such as videos, editorials, advertisements, internal brochures and guide referencing
  • Organise the Faculty’s participation in study fairs and other public-facing events
  • Provide support on web editing, including Search Engine Optimisation
  • Physical presence at job fairs and Uni-organised events, in coordination with other departments when necessary (including Saturday work about 5x / year and occasional travel)
  • Contribute to the preparation of the budget, as long as it relates to the role and associated activities
  • Maintain communication databases
  • Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative analysis of communication activities to benchmark and further process improvements
