We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Adviser to step into a critical role within our Australian Marketing & Communications team, providing 12‑month parental leave cover. This is not a coordination role. It’s a hands‑on, delivery‑focused opportunity for someone who takes ownership, thrives on structure, and ensures core activity is delivered with pace, precision and follow‑through. The role Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications (Australia) within our Enterprise business, this role sits at the centre of the team - keeping the engine running day to day. You’ll lead the delivery of partnerships, events, communications, awards and marketing operations, ensuring priorities are executed end‑to‑end, nothing drops, and the team can rely on you to keep things moving. You’ll be trusted to pick things up quickly, operate with autonomy, and treat ongoing activity as core work that requires ownership and accountability. What you’ll be responsible for * Managing partnerships and external engagement end‑to‑end, including planning and delivery * Delivering internal and external events, from planning through to on‑the‑day execution * Coordinating communications and reporting, including the monthly Marketing & Communications report * Managing budgets and financial processes, including invoicing, subscriptions and cost tracking * Running marketing operations and team processes, ensuring systems, tools and resources are current and accessible * Delivering awards programs end‑to‑end, coordinating submissions, approvals and deadlines * Identifying and resolving issues early to keep work on track and moving at pace  What we’re looking for You’re highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced environment.
