• Proven experience running or managing a marketing/creative agency (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Strong background in financial management and operations
• Leadership and team management skills – you know how to motivate and lead by example
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and client-driven environment
• Dubai-based or willing to relocate

• Oversee the daily operations of the agency across all departments
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and ensure profitability (P&L ownership)
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project execution
• Support and guide account managers, creatives, and other departments
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and client satisfaction
• Maintain a healthy team dynamic and company culture
• Report directly to the CEO with regular performance and finance updates
