The Loyalty team is responsible for our Nordic proprietary card benefits, as well as communication and marketing to our existing card members. In this role, you will be responsible for the content in our digital customer-facing marketing channels. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to handle digital systems, as well as great structure and an eye for detail. It is also essential to be a strong collaborator to be able to manage requests and updates from several teams, as well as partner with our external agencies. The current digital channels that are in focus are our Webb and Experiences app. They are crucial communication tools that provide our card members with all information they need to be able to utilize their benefits and maximize their American Express membership. This is a 12-month assignment and during this time, you will manage all content and updates for all teams in ICS. The tasks will range from updating the Webb during campaigns and improving the information on our benefit pages, to being responsible for the entire content in the Experiences app and structuring processes for content updates between ICS, the Digital team and the servicing teams. As a digital marketing executive, you will be: Responsible for the content in our digital customer-facing marketing channels Creating communication and content (with the help from external agencies) Coordinating marketing efforts within ICS for several teams Responsible for the processes, information flow and content updates between ICS, the Digital team and our Servicing teams Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years work experience Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English Great communicator with the ability to create clear and qualitative communication in both Swedish and English Technical knowledge and experience in managing digital systems and customer journeys Experience in leading projects or initiatives Ability to work independently and taking initiatives to improve our customer-facing marketing Extensive collaboration skills and being able to coordinate between teams and departments Being detail oriented and working thoroughly Having a positive, solution-oriented mindset and a high ambition to grow within marketing and communications Preferably a degree in Marketing or Communications Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
