The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics team, responsible for the monitoring, analysis & trading decisions around performance marketing channels (e.g. Paid Search, Social Media, Display etc.). This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the daily commercial business steering and ensures that a triple-digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • You perform analyses on various data sources (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, GA etc.) with a focus on performance marketing investments and their impact, creating steering proposals which support our strategic business goals.
  • You translate marketing steering decisions into investment implications and align & validate their impact on growth, profitability and our operations.
  • You are the sparring partner for the Marketing & Trading teams for a selected set of markets to ensure continuous, aligned trading decisions and provide them with actionable analyses and deep dives around marketing activities.
  • You are collaborating closely with tech and product teams to ensure alignment on incrementality testing between stakeholders across business.
  • You use your technical expertise to take our budget prediction efforts to the next level
