About the Advanced Marketing Analytics Team:
We are a growing team of curious, impact-oriented analysts and strategists who apply scientific thinking and advanced analytics to solve the toughest marketing and commercial challenges. Our mission is to deliver actionable insights that optimize marketing spend, enhance customer segmentation, and drive sustainable subscription revenue. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other data-related field required. Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
  • Proven track record of completing multiple data science projects end-to-end; from idea generation, objectives formulation, to implementation and deliverables
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with applied machine learning, business analytics and data visualization
  • Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference
  • Understanding of common marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $87,120 - $108,900 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process. Responsibilities
  • Support the development of forecasting, segmentation, and personalization models to drive marketing strategy.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to surface opportunities for improving conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist in the execution and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate campaigns and offer effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that help track funnel/ campaign/ model performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to answer key business questions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of marketing metrics and experimentation frameworks.
